The Parish of Meopham boasts a wide variety of facilities. There are four pre-schools, two primary schools, a wide ability secondary school and a special educational needs school catering for autistic children between 5 and 19 years old.

There are a range of services including a medical centre, library, six churches, a community bus service, railway station and many restaurants and public houses.

Groups and societies in the Parish cater for people of all ages and interests, offering activities ranging from flower arranging to amateur dramatics. There are also a wide variety of sport and leisure groups in the parish, catering for people of all ages and abilities.
